Alan Gile

Alan GileMr. Gile is the IT Director for the GIS Center of Excellence. He is responsible for the delivery, operations and maintenance of some of the company’s largest IT projects. His department is responsible for Enterprise GIS and Risk Management Systems. Prior to this role, Mr. Gile led a team of 60-plus resources responsible for the development and maintenance of over 130 applications. Before joining PG&E, he was the Director of Software Development for WideOrbit Inc., a software development company specializing in enterprise applications for the television and radio broadcasting industry. Mr. Gile also served previously as President and owner of the consulting firm ConnectIT, Inc., specializing in the development of Geographic Information Systems and Computer Aided Design Drafting (CADD) systems.

Dr. Anthony H. Kim

Anthony KimDr. Kim is an assistant professor in marketing at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. Teaching interests include International Marketing, Sport Marketing, Principles of Marketing, and Internet Marketing (E-commerce). Dr. Kim also is a conference presenter, an academic journal reviewer, a search committee member of the Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs, a University Advising Task Force member, and an IBM Research/Teaching talk committee chair. Prior to teaching at Cal State Polytechnic, he taught courses at University of Georgia, where he earned his PhD in marketing), Florida State University (where he earned his PhD in Sport Management), and Central Michigan University (where he earned his MA in Sport Administration).

Tony Sansone

Anthony-SansoneMr. Sansone has served as a senior finance executive for the last 13 years of his 29-year work career, holding positions in the outdoor retailer, food distribution, manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, medical products, and food & drug retailer industries. He was the executive sponsor and project lead for ERP implementations in his last three companies. His expertise is building and retaining high performing teams that educate, collaborate, and provide strategic leadership to internal and external teams in complex multi-country, rapid-growth, and turnaround environments. Mr. Sansone holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Accounting from Utah State University.

Gerald A. Gallion

Geral-GallionMr. Gallion is Corporate Counsel for Kirby Corporation, a publicly-traded marine transportation company headquartered in Houston. Prior to joining Kirby, he was in private practice with the New Orleans firm of Phelps Dunbar, specializing in collision litigation and oil pollution, regulatory and vessel transactional matters. Before entering private practice, Mr. Gallion served for 20 years as an officer in the United States Coast Guard, including service as a deck watch officer, vessel inspector, marine accident investigator, and legal officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in oceanography from the United States Coast Guard Academy, a master’s degree, summa cum laude, in management from The Johns Hopkins University, and a law degree from the University of Miami. He has served on many committees and boards.

Dr. Darrall Henderson

Darrall-HendersonDr. Henderson is the State Director of the Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Program. He has years of experience in leadership and business ranging from the boardrooms to operations throughout the world and is passionate about helping Kentucky businesses grow. Previously, Previously, Dr. Henderson worked with Open Source Integrators and served as a Colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers as an engineer, analyst, and strategic planner. After leaving active duty, he worked for a large aerospace company as a Business Development Executive, Program Manager, and Country Manager for activities in Afghanistan, and for another large defense contractor as the Program Manager for the Afghan Education Project. Dr. Henderson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, and holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. He also holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Jason Oh

Jason-OhMr. Oh currently serves as a Director of Engineering at Shutterstock, Inc., in New York City, where he is responsible for engineering across the Enterprise/SMB and Editorial businesses. Prior to his current role, he led the engineering teams behind the Multichannel business at Etsy. Prior to that, he served as Founder & CEO of mohchi, an e-commerce startup that tackled the long-tail of small business e-commerce with a two-sided marketplace. Before then, Mr. Oh worked at Deutsche Bank as Vice President and Global Head of Index Research Technology. Previously, he worked in various software engineering roles at Bank of America (investment banking) and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Oh holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a BA in English Literature/Literary Theory from UC Berkeley.

Dr. Sepehr Kiani

Sepehr KianiDr. Kiani leads the engineering efforts at GnuBIO, Inc. and is responsible for overall product development and commercialization strategy. Prior to joining GnuBIO, he was Director of Engineering at Helicos BioSciences (HLCS), where he served as principal architect for Helicos’ high throughput, single molecule sequencing platform, and ran several departments. Previously, Dr. Kiani worked at Teradyne, Inc. in various capacities, exiting as marketing product manager for Teradyne’s HD-Optix fiber optic product line. He holds 27 patents and five pending in semi-conductor equipment, circuit board manufacturing process, electrical and optical interconnect, microfluidic systems, and thermal control. He completed his PhD from MIT in Mechanical Engineering and completed his undergraduate work at California Polytechnic University.

Dr. Mary Im

Mary-ImDr. Im joined the accounting faculty at California State Polytechnic University, in Pomona, in 2013, where she teaches government accounting as well as financial accounting. A certified public accountant, Dr. Im developed an interest in nonprofit accounting while teaching English to children in Tibet after earning her MBA at the Claremont Graduate University. In Tibet, she took note of income disparities and began researching how Tibetan nonprofits were funded. Her research focuses on the relationship between nonprofit funding and governance, and on the consequences of nonprofit debt ratings. She earned her PhD is Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Dr. Leo Irakliotis

Leo-IrakliotisDr. Irakliotis is a computer engineer, an educator, and a manager. As an educator, he developed world-class graduate programs in applied computing. In his research, he built massively-parallel computing architectures for advanced data analysis. As a manager, he served as dean and provost at major colleges in the US including Nova Southeastern University and Western Governors University. Additionally, Dr. Irakliotis founded the master’s program in applied computing at the University of Chicago, and served as Provost at Becker College, one of the country's oldest academic institutions. He earned his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Colorado State University and his MSc in Physics from Miami University.
